# 4.3.3 Set up Descriptive Information

This feature lets users describe their company and its goals, products, and services. This feature enables users to showcase the company's background and mission to potential clients, customers, and employees, clearly and concisely representing the company's values and objectives. 

In this section, you can include information about your company in descriptive form.

### Pre-conditions to use the Feature:

* Users **must have** an **account** in Onethread.
* Users must be a part of a company.
* Users must be **Super Admins/Admins** to set up descriptive information.

### Steps to Use:

* Go to the **Company profile** section and click it.
* You will see “No about the information set for this company. Set now?” 
* Click the “**Set now**” button or the “**edit button**.”
* A description box will appear. 
* Write down your company information here.
* Save it.
