# 4.7.4.3 Renew plan

This feature in Onethread allows users to extend their current subscription plan by renewing for continued use of the software. This feature provides a convenient and streamlined process for users to ensure their subscription stays up-to-date and they can continue to use the platform's features and functionalities. 

Renewing a plan may include choosing from different subscription packages or upgrading to a higher one. 

By renewing their plan, users can ensure they have access to all the latest features and updates offered by the software.

### Pre-conditions to use the Feature:

* Users **must have** an **account** in Onethread.
* Users must be a part of a company.
* Users must be **Super Admins/Admins** to access this feature.

### Steps to Use

We have divided this feature into three steps:

#### **Adjust Plan (1st Step):**

* Go to the **Subscription tab** from Settings.
* You will see the **Renew** option at the right of the current subscription plan.
* Click it. Here, your first step is to **adjust** the plan.
* Select the **number** of your **company member**.
* Choose the **package name**. 
* You can change the plan names anytime from the **Change Plan.** 
* Select **Payment Cycle** (annually or monthly)**.**
* Your **payment details** will be on the right side. 
* Enter **Coupon** to get a discount.
* Click the **Payment Information**.

#### **Payment Information (2nd Step):**

* Write your **Name**
* Write your **Phone number**
* Select your **Country**
* Select your **State**
* Select your **Email ID.**
* Select **Zipcode**
* Select your **Country**.
* Select your **House Address**
* Tick to confirm that you have read & approved Onethread's **Terms and Conditions**, **Privacy Policy**, and **Return Refund Policy**.
* Click to **Pay Now**.

#### **Review (3rd Step):**

* Here, you will see the **total bill** in our **regional currency**
* You will see the company member number, package name, & subscription.
* Click the **Pay with Paddle** or **Pay with SSLCOMMERZ** button to pay your payment.
* After payment, you will get a confirmation preview of your payment.

### Important Notes:

* If you are an international client, use the **Pay with Paddle option**
* If you are from Bangladesh, using **Pay with SSLCOMMERZ** would be your best option.
