4.6.4 Function of Contents

Metric

This content will help you see the number-based reports for your projects.

Process:

  • Click the metric button from the “+ Add new Content.”

  • Give it a name.

  • Select the time period from weekly or monthly, or simply put your custom date.

  • Select metric type.

  • Click Apply and Save content.

You can select the following metrics from here:

  • Number of total tasks: It will show you the total number of created tasks in a project or all projects in a company.

  • Number of completed tasks: It will show you the total number of completed tasks in a project or all projects in a company.

  • Total task due soon: It will show you the total number of soon-to-be-expired tasks in a project or all projects in a company. The range is from the present day (report creating day) to the next 7 days meaning all the tasks listed that will expire in the next 7 days will be shown here.

  • Total pending task: It will show you the total number of overdue tasks in a project or all projects in a company. Here, pending means not completed tasks & overdue.

Average Values:

This content will help you see the average values-related reports for your projects.

Process:

  • Click the average values button from the “+ Add new Content.”

  • Give it a name.

  • Select the time period from weekly or monthly, or simply put your custom date.

  • Select category type.

  • Click Apply and Save content.

You can select the following average values from here:

  • Avg. length of task status: It will show you the average days value of tasks staying in the same status, meaning an average number of how many days the tasks are staying in the same status.

  • Avg. length of tasks: It will show you the average length number of tasks in a project or all projects of a company by calculating the total duration of the start date and due date divided by the total tasks.

  • Avg. task completion time: It will show you the average value of all completed tasks in a project or all projects in a company combined.

  • Avg. length of sprint: It will show you the average number of sprints in a project or all projects of a company by calculating the total duration of the start date and due date of a sprint divided by the total tasks.

Chart:

This content will help you to see your projects' values-related reports in various chart forms.

Process:

  • Click the chart section from the “+ Add new Content.”

  • Give it a name.

  • Select the time period from weekly or monthly, or put your custom date.

  • Select the chart type and what you want to see in the x-position and y-position.

  • A preview of that chart type will appear. Click Apply and Save content.

You can select the following configurations for y- position in charts from the chart configures here:

  • Task Completion (%): It will show the task completion percentage of a specific project or all the projects in a company in a horizontal bar chart, vertical bar chart, or pie chart.

  • Task Completion (In Numbers): It will show the task completion number of a specific project or all the projects in a company in a horizontal bar chart, vertical bar chart, or pie chart.

  • Number of pending tasks: It will show the total number of pending tasks in a specific project or all the projects in a company in a horizontal bar chart, vertical bar chart, or pie chart. Here, pending means not completed. So, all the overdue and expired tasks that were not marked as completed are counted as pending tasks too.

  • Task Completion Status Wise (%): It will show the task completion percentage of a specific project or all the projects in a company by status wise in a horizontal bar chart, vertical bar chart, or pie chart. Here, status-wise completion means tasks being marked as completed while in random status.

Funnel

This content will help you see your projects' values in funnel form.

Process:

  • Click the funnel button from the “+ Add new Content.”

  • Give it a name.

  • Select the time period from weekly or monthly, or simply put your custom date.

  • Select funnel category type.

  • Click Apply and Save content.

You can select the following funnel category from here:

  • Number of tasks per status: It will show you the number of tasks per status in a specific project or all company projects in funnel form.

  • Number of tasks per project: It will show you the number of tasks in a specific project or all company projects in funnel form.

  • Project Progress: It will show you the progress of a specific or all company projects in funnel form.

  • Task Progress: It will show you the task completion progress per project or all company projects in funnel form.
