5.3.2 Archive a project
The "Archive a project" feature in Onethread allows users to mark a project as completed or inactive and remove it from the current project list. This feature helps users declutter their project list and organize their workspace. The feature provides a simple and efficient way to manage projects and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
When your projects get completed, you can archive the project if you like
- Users must have an account in Onethread.
- Users must be a part of a company.
- Users must be Super Admins/Admins to use this feature..
- Select a project from the Active Projects list of your company.
- Select the project you want to archive.
- Tick it. The archive button will get activated.
- Click the button.
- Press Yes.
- Once your project is archived, it will be shown in the status column as Archived.
- By archiving a project, it can still be accessed and restored if needed in the future.
- Improved Organization: Archiving projects helps keep the project list organized and makes it easier to manage and find active projects.
- Reduced Clutter: Archiving projects that are no longer active can help reduce clutter in the project list and make it easier to manage ongoing projects.
- Better Resource Management: Archiving no longer active projects can help free up resources and focus on active projects, improving overall productivity.
