The "Archive a project" feature in Onethread allows users to mark a project as completed or inactive and remove it from the current project list. This feature helps users declutter their project list and organize their workspace. The feature provides a simple and efficient way to manage projects and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
When your projects get completed, you can archive the project if you like
Users must have an account in Onethread.
Users must be a part of a company.
Users must be Super Admins/Admins to use this feature..
Select a project from the Active Projects list of your company.
Select the project you want to archive.
Tick it. The archive button will get activated.
Click the button.
Press Yes.
Once your project is archived, it will be shown in the status column as Archived.
By archiving a project, it can still be accessed and restored if needed in the future.
It can be done using the Unarchive a project feature.
Improved Organization: Archiving projects helps keep the project list organized and makes it easier to manage and find active projects.
