5.3.2 Archive a project

The "Archive a project" feature in Onethread allows users to mark a project as completed or inactive and remove it from the current project list. This feature helps users declutter their project list and organize their workspace. The feature provides a simple and efficient way to manage projects and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
When your projects get completed, you can archive the project if you like

Pre-conditions to use the Feature:

  • Users must have an account in Onethread.
  • Users must be a part of a company.
  • Users must be Super Admins/Admins to use this feature..

Steps to Use:

  • Select a project from the Active Projects list of your company.
  • Select the project you want to archive.
  • Tick it. The archive button will get activated.
  • Click the button.
  • Press Yes.

Important Notes:

  • Once your project is archived, it will be shown in the status column as Archived.
  • By archiving a project, it can still be accessed and restored if needed in the future.
  • It can be done using the Unarchive a project feature.
