# Edit/Update the Phase Name

This feature allows users to view and modify the name of a phase. This feature allows users to change phase names according to their needs and preferences. It can also help improve project organization and clarity by ensuring phases have clear and descriptive names. Users can easily update phase names to reflect project requirements changes or provide more specific information about the phase.

### Steps to Use:

* Select a **Phase from a project**. The **phase modal page** opens.
* Click the **phase name**, and an **edit box** will open. 
* Write the **correct** name. 
* Click the **tick** button. The phase name will be updated.
