# 6.2.8.2 Add a Label to a Task

This feature allows users to assign one or more labels to a task. Users can choose from a list of predefined labels & add them to the task.

### Steps to Use:

* Select a **task**. The **task modal page** opens.
* Click the **Label section.**  
* A **list** of **Labels** will pop up.
* **Choose** the **Label** you want to **add** to the task. 
* **Click** it. The label will be **added**.
* To **add more labels** to a task, **choose** another **label** and **click** on it. It will be **added**.
