4.7.3.1 Add/Create New Role in a Company

This feature allows users to create new roles and assign them to colleagues. This feature benefits the company with a specific project or task requiring a unique skill set or permissions.

Pre-conditions to use the Feature:

  • Users must have an account in Onethread.
  • Users must be a part of a company.
  • Users must be Super Admin/Admin to add a new role in a company.

Steps to Use:

  • Navigate to the
    tab from Settings and select
    .
  • Next, enter the name of the new role in the "Role Title" box.
  • Write down the responsibilities of the role in the description box.
  • You can set the appropriate level of access and permissions for the Functionalities of the role in the Additional Information section.
  • Lastly, click the
    button to create the Role.
