4.7.3.1 Add/Create New Role in a Company
This feature allows users to create new roles and assign them to colleagues. This feature benefits the company with a specific project or task requiring a unique skill set or permissions.
- Users must have an account in Onethread.
- Users must be a part of a company.
- Users must be Super Admin/Admin to add a new role in a company.
- Navigate to thetab from Settings and select.
- Next, enter the name of the new role in the "Role Title" box.
- Write down the responsibilities of the role in the description box.
- You can set the appropriate level of access and permissions for the Functionalities of the role in the Additional Information section.
- Lastly, click thebutton to create the Role.
