4.7.3.1 Add/Create New Role in a Company

This feature allows users to create new roles and assign them to colleagues. This feature benefits the company with a specific project or task requiring a unique skill set or permissions.
Users must have an account in Onethread.
Users must be a part of a company.
Users must be Super Admin/Admin to add a new role in a company.
Navigate to the tab from Settings and select .
Next, enter the name of the new role in the "Role Title" box.
Write down the responsibilities of the role in the description box.
You can set the appropriate level of access and permissions for the Functionalities of the role in the Additional Information section.
Lastly, click the button to create the Role.
