6.1.2 Phase Modal/Activity Page Manage

This page allows users to manage their project phases and related tasks in a user-friendly manner. When a user clicks on a specific phase, a modal or activity page appears, displaying all the tasks associated with that phase.

The user can then manage and update tasks by adding new tasks, editing existing tasks, or deleting tasks. The feature also provides options to add or remove team members, set due dates, and mark tasks as complete. Additionally, users can view and track the progress of each task within the phase.

The “Phase Modal/Activity Page Manage” feature also allows users to add comments, attachments, and tags to tasks, providing a more comprehensive and organized way of managing their project phases. This feature enables project managers to stay on top of their project’s progress and ensure their team members are working on the right tasks at the right time.

Pre-conditions to use the Feature:

  • Users must have an account in Onethread.

  • Users must be a part of a company.

  • Users must be part of a project.

  • There must be at least one task created.

  • Anyone in a project can access it.

From here, you can,

  • See the Phase ID, creator's name, and Phase Creation Time

  • Edit/update the Phase name

  • Provide Start & Due Date to a Task

  • Add Assignee to a Phase,

  • Remove Assignee from a Phase

  • Change Phase Status

  • Change Phase Priority

  • Set Reminder for a Phase

  • Write a Description for a Phase

  • Add Issues to a Phase

  • Remove Issues from a Phase

  • Add Dependency Task to a Phase

  • Remove Dependency Task from a Phase.

  • Create Subtask in a Phase

  • Set Information for a Phase Subtask

  • Attach/Upload Files to a Phase Subtask

  • Remove Files from a Phase Subtask

  • Submit a Phase/Subtask for Review

  • Comment on a Phase

  • Reply in a comment on a phase

  • Phase Item Copy Public URL

  • Phase Progress Bar
