6.3.2 Task Modal/Activity Page Manage

Task Modal/Activity page provides a detailed overview of a task, including its current status, assigned members, start date, due date, and progress. It also displays the task's feedback and replies, showing all activity lists, updates, comments, and related files.

Pre-conditions to use the Feature:

• Users must have an account in Onethread.

• Users must be a part of a company.

• Users must be part of a project.

• There must be at least one task created.

• Anyone in a project can access it.

Task modal/activity page

From here, you can manage everything related to a task through the task modal/ activity page.

You can

• See and edit the task name.

• See the task ID, creator's name, and task creation time.

• Attach files

• Create subtasks

• Write a Description

• Add Blocked by task (Dependency task add)

• Submit a task or subtask for review

• Add/Remove Assignee

• Provide Start & Due Date

• Set/Change Task Priority

• Set/Create a new Label

• Edit/Remove Label

• Change Task Status

• Set Story Points

• Set Task Reminder

• Set Task Repetition

• Access Custom Field

• Revised Start date/ Due date update
