Issues

The "Issues" feature allows users to track & manage problems or bugs associated with a particular task or project. Issues can be added to a task, and their status can be monitored and updated as they are resolved.

The feature enables users to create issues for a task, assign them to team members, add a due date, and track their progress until they are resolved. It also helps to keep the team informed of the progress and status of each issue, reducing the risk of miscommunication and errors.

From where can you create an Issue:

You can create an Issue from 4 different places,

  • Navbar + Create button (Item button)

  • Company Dashboard (New Item button, Only Super Admin/Admin can access it)

  • Inside a Project (New Item button)

  • Inside a Sprint (+ Create a task in Sprint button)

Benefits:

  • Improved communication: By using the Issues feature, team members can report any problems or bugs they encounter while working on a task. This helps to improve communication between team members and ensures that everyone is aware of any issues that need to be resolved.

  • Better task management: Issues can be used to track any problems that arise during the course of a task. This allows team members to prioritize and address the most critical issues first, leading to more effective task management.

  • Increased productivity: The ability to track and resolve issues in a timely manner can help to improve overall team productivity. By quickly resolving any problems that arise, team members can stay on track and keep working towards their goals.

  • Enhanced quality control: By using the Issues feature, team members can identify and resolve any quality issues that arise during the course of a project. This helps to ensure that the final product meets the necessary quality standards and is free from any defects or errors.

  • Better collaboration: The Issues feature allows team members to collaborate and work together to resolve any problems that arise. This can help to foster a sense of teamwork and improve overall project outcomes.
