Upgrade Plan

The "Upgrade Plan" feature in Onethread allows a company to upgrade its current subscription plan to a higher level of service. This feature permits companies to access additional features and capabilities as their needs change over time. The upgrade process is designed to be quick and simple, allowing companies to access the new features and benefits right away.

Use Case:

This feature is particularly beneficial for growing companies that need additional tools and resources to manage their projects and tasks effectively.

With the "Upgrade Plan" feature, companies can easily expand their capabilities and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.

Pre-conditions to use the Feature:

  • Users must have an account in Onethread.

  • Users must be a part of a company.

  • Users must be Super Admins/Admins to access this feature.

Steps to Use

  • Go to the Subscription tab from Settings.

  • You will see the Upgrade option at the right of the current subscription plan.

  • Click it. Here, your first step is to choose a subscription plan.

  • Select the plan of your company.

  • Click the bottom button of that plan.

  • You will be taken to the pay bill section.

  • This section functions exactly like Renew Plan section.

  • Go over there to access the full procedure.
